Go Rentul is a bike rental marketplace that connects customers with local bike vendors. Our app allows users to search for nearby bikes, compare prices, check reviews, make bookings, pay securely, and unlock bikes. While we provide the platform, the actual rental services are offered by independent vendors, and Go Rentul acts only as a facilitator. By using our app, you acknowledge that all rental agreements and obligations are between you and the vendor providing the bike.

To use Go Rentul, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login credentials. Providing false information, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent activities may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Payments made through the Go Rentul app are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By making a booking, you agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of confirmation, including any applicable fees or taxes. Once a booking is made, cancellations, refunds, or changes are subject to the policies of the respective bike vendor. Go Rentul does not control or guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated in the vendor’s terms.

The condition, maintenance, and safety of the rented bike are the responsibility of the vendor. While we encourage vendors to maintain high standards, Go Rentul does not guarantee the quality or performance of the vehicles. You are responsible for inspecting the bike before use and for following all traffic rules, safety guidelines, and local laws during your ride. Any fines, damages, or accidents resulting from your use of the bike are your responsibility.

Go Rentul strives to keep the app accurate, reliable, and available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, booking errors, or vendor-related issues beyond our control.

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Go Rentul app and website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of Go Rentul means you accept the revised version.
